CLASSIC LOW AND SLOW COOKED RIBS OR PORK SHOULDER RUB, BUT WILL ALSO WORK WELL ON CHICKEN OR BEEF. TYPICALLY DRY RUBBED BEFORE BBQ/GRILLING/SMOKING OR CAN BE ADDED TO OIL AND WET MARINADED. 

PREPARE BBQ RIBS OR BABY BACK RIBS (IDEALLY THE DAY BEFORE YOUR BBQ). REMOVE THE MEMBRANE. RUB THE RIBS ONLY ON THE MEATY SIDE AND PLACE BACK IN THE FRIDGE UNTIL ITS GRILL TIME!
