For the Apple Filling:
- 4-5 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice blend (Purchase HERE)

For the Crumble Topping:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice blend
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced

For Serving (Optional):
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and Apple Pie Spice blend. Toss the mixture until the apples are well coated. Set aside to let the flavours meld while you prepare the crumble topping.

3. In another bowl, prepare the crumble topping. Mix together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, salt, and Apple Pie Spice blend. Add the diced cold butter and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

4. Grease a baking dish or individual ramekins with butter or cooking spray. Transfer the apple filling into the dish(es) and spread it out evenly.

5. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apple filling, covering it completely.

6. Place the baking dish(es) on a baking sheet to catch any potential drips. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apple filling is bubbly.

7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. This will allow the filling to set a bit.

8. Serve the Apple Pie Spice Infused Apple Crumble warm, either on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.

9. Enjoy your delicious creation with family and friends!

Note: You can also experiment by adding a touch of the Apple Pie Spice blend to your warm porridge, sprinkling it on top of a frothy latte, or mixing it into plain yogurt for a delightful and comforting twist. The warming sweet and spicy flavours of the Apple Pie Spice blend will add a touch of nostalgia and warmth to your favourite dishes.
