AT SALT & SPICE WE USE ZERO ARTIFICIAL COLOURINGS, PRESERVATIVES, ANTI CAKING AGENTS AND ADDITIVES, THERE IS ACTUALLY NOTHING NATURALLY IN A TIKKA MASALA TO GIVE THIS ARTIFICIAL RED COLOUR BUT WE DO ADD SOME NATURAL BEETROOT POWDER TO ADD SOME COLOUR.
